Buffo Bianco Macerato Pet-Nat is a vibrant, skin-contact sparkling wine from the hills of Modena, in Emilia-Romagna. Made from organically farmed Pignoletto and Trebbiano grapes, this ptillant-naturel undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and no added sulfites. A brief maceration on the skins lends the wine its golden hue and gently grippy texture. Buffo Bianco Macerato is bottled unfiltered with fermentation finishing in the bottle. The clay-rich soils and temperate climate of the region bring freshness and structure.
