Cantina Giardino Orange Na 2024 brings together indigenous Campanian white varietiesCoda di Volpe, Fiano, and Grecofrom old vines in Montemarano, where volcanic soils and high-altitude vineyards shape the fruit’s character. Antonio and Daniela De Gruttola give the grapes two days of skin contact before pressing to stoneware, concrete, and large chestnut casks for seven months of aging. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts and no temperature control. Cantina Giardino Orange Na 2024 is bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfitespart of the estate’s “Na-Tu-Re” line representing their orange, ros, and red expressions.
