Calvez Bobinet Orangette 2024 is a light skin-contact Chenin Blanc from the Saumur region of France’s Loire Valley. Hand-harvested from limestone soils, the grapes are destemmed and macerated on skins for five days, extracting a gentle orange-ette hue and subtle tannic structure. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, followed by five months aging. Calvez Bobinet Orangette 2024 is bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfitesa “zero-zero” wine that reflects winemakers Sbastien Bobinet and meline Calvez’s commitment to pure expression. 12% ABV.
